Shipping Times & Policy
All orders before 12PM NZST will be processed the same day otherwise please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 12 – 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.
At the moment we are not processing any International orders.
Refunds and Returns
Please inspect the goods carefully before signing and accepting. If the goods arrive in a damaged state, contact us immediately and we will rectify any issues. All items damaged in transit are covered by our courier insurance.
Any opened product will not be refunded unless there is an issue with product quality. If this is the case, then a replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
How to Return Goods
To organise a replacement or return your product please contact us directly at email@example.com - we are available 5 days per week.
We will lodge a freight forward and advise what to do with the item. Only once returned goods are received and inspected by EVOCUS a refund will be issued or a replacement product dispatched.
